HKT x MITSUI Multiple shopping privilege Terms & Conditions:
 
  1. Promotion period in respect of the HKT x MITSUI Multiple Shopping Privilege ("Offer") runs until 31 October 2024 ("Promotion Period").
  2. In order to become an eligible customer (“Customer”) able to utilise offers as part of this promotion (the “Offer”), you must:
    1. Be an existing designated NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone Service or Now TV service plan subscriber holding a personal account
    2. Receive designated promotional messages from NETVIGATOR, HKT Home Phone Service or Now TV
  3. In order to utilise the offer, Customer will receive one eVoucher via the My HKT app under “My Wallet” and must comply with eVoucher Terms & Conditions. Customer must present said eVoucher at the foreign guest service/tax-free counter of the specified MITSUI OUTLET PARK branch or MITSUI Shopping Centre in Japan to claim a HKT x MITSUI 500 Yen Shopping Voucher, plus merchant discount booklet (if applicable). If necessary, Outlet staff will ask customer to provide documents to verify identity.
  4. Offer provided by Mitsui Fudosan Shogyo Management Co Ltd (“Partner”) and subject to Terms & Conditions.
  5. Offer is applicable only to designated MITSUII OUTLET PARK or Mitsui Shopping Centres. These include the MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Iruma, Makuhari, Kisarazu, Tama Minami Osawa, Yokohama Bayside, Sendai Port, Hokuriku Oyabe, Kurashiki, Marine Pia Kobe, Osaka Kadoma, Shiga Ryuo, Jazz Dream Nagashima and Sapporo Kitahiroshima), as well as Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport (Tokyo Bay, Toyosu, EXPOCITY, Kadoma and Fukuoka), plus COREDO Muromachi 1-3, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza and Mitsui Shopping Park LAZONA kawasaki plaza ("Merchants"). Applicable shopping centres will be updated periodically without notice. The latest announcement by Partner shall prevail. Subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Partner.
  6. During the Promotion Period, each customer is limited to collecting ONE HKT x MITSUI 500 Yen Shopping Voucher and a merchant discount booklet (if applicable) one time only per day. Offer is valid only at a specified redemption shopping centre for seven days from the redemption date, inclusive of the first and last day.
  7. During the Promotion Period, Customers must make a single purchase of 5,000 Yen or more (including tax) at a designated merchant outlet to use one HKT x MITSUI 500 Yen Shopping Voucher. In the case of a single purchase amounting to 10,000 Yen or more (including tax), customer can use two HKT x MITSUI 500 Yen Shopping Vouchers, and so on. Eligible single purchase is calculated based on the actual net amount paid for each transaction including tax.
  8. During the promotion period, Customers can receive a merchant discount booklet (if applicable), which includes discounts of up to 10% at designated merchant outlets. Discounts are subject to periodic updates without notice, according to the latest announcements from Partner. Offer subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Partner.
  9. Participating merchants and the offers carried by the merchant discount booklet are subject to Terms & Conditions. For details, please inquire at the MITSUII OUTLET PARK or MITSUI Shopping Centres concerned.
  10. Tap & Go UnionPay virtual card overseas spending privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, nor promotions.
  11. Offer available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

  13. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT”) and Now TV Limited ("Service Providers") are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the Offer. Service Providers makes no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Offer.   14. Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, nor promotions. Neither is the offer transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  15. Service Providers and Partner reserve the right to vary or cancel this offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  16. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made Service Providers and Partner shall be final and binding.
